Nighttime Resurfacing on Route 110 - Main Street - in Stratford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime milling and resurfacing project will be performed on a 1.7-mile segment of Route 110 (Main Street) in Stratford, Sunday, August 11, through Thursday, September 5, 2019.

 

No work will occur from 6:00 a.m. Friday, August 30, through Monday, September 2, due to the Labor Day holiday. Work will resume at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2019.

 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 110 from Route 113 (Main Street) to .10 mile south of north junction Main Street–Putney.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

 

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
