Nighttime Resurfacing on Route 10 in Cheshire

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime milling and resurfacing project will continue on Route 10 in Cheshire through Friday, May 8, 2020.

The project consists of milling and resurfacing 1.39 miles of Route 10 in Cheshire.

This project is included in the Department of Transportation's 2020 Vendor Resurfacing Program.

 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 10 from the Hamden Town Line to .10 mile north of Kings Road.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for paving this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Friday morning).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
